The office phones have the ability to record a call. This only works on a outside call. Calls inside to inside can not be recorded.
- Hit the record button when on an outside call.
- The light will come on and you will hear a beep.
- Hitting the button again will turn it off.
- There is a small delay when hitting the button. Do not double hit the button or it will turn off then on and will not record
- You will receive an email of the voicemail once the recording is done.
